Young people today experiences a long time isolation and a rise of social needs, looking forward to finding social activities.
Combined with psychology analysis of group activities, it is found that people will participate more actively in social interaction online. Thus, designing a product with AR technology to combine online and offline resources to encourage users to participate in social activities more spontaneously.

Problem Statement
Young people today experiences a long time isolation and a rise of social needs, looking forward to finding social activities.
Combined with psychology analysis of group activities, it is found that people will participate more actively in social interaction online. Thus, designing a product with AR technology to combine online and offline resources to encourage users to participate in social activities more spontaneously.


Photo Journey
To better observe the user behaviors, the motivations, and pain points, I collected some city photos of indoor and outdoor activities from different young users, and photos of urban atmosphere for behavioral research.


Behavior Summary•    Under strong sunshine, the effectiveness of AR may be compromised, suggesting that outdoor events and sports may not be ideal environments for its use.
•    Multi-user events should incorporate a sharing function that allows for real-time image and video exchange to enhance the experience. 
•    Indoor games and VR/AR gaming experiences are particularly well-suited for this app, offering controlled environments where AR can truly shine.
•    Activities that involve close interaction or grouping can be more appealing, as they attract more attention and encourage collective engagement.
